    By clicking "Submit" you hereby irrevocably direct Bailiff Solutions Inc. to take distress of good and chattels at the above-noted premises for not payment of rent. You hereby agree to protect, reimburse, hold harmless and indemnify Bailiff Solutions Inc. (BSI) against any and all losses, claims, damages, and costs which may be made against BSI or suffered by BSI by reason of our acting under this direction, and to reimburse BSI and indemnify BSI for any and all legal costs incurred by BSI in the defence of any claims for damages as aforesaid, and for services performed under this direction. In effecting the distress against the above mentioned premises, we shall proceed only as the law directs under the statute.

    The landlord hereby declares:
    i. There is no current action before any court.
    ii. There has not been any action by any bailiff in the last 60 days in respect to this tenant.
    iii. All pertinent information and documents have been provided.
